Sarah M. Lowe is an attorney at Collier Law focusing on estate planning and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. In assisting clients with creating trusts, wills, and other documents to help take care of their affairs, Sarah enjoys ensuring that her clients have plans that communicate their values and final wishes to their loved ones. She also likes working in collaboration with other attorneys to create estate plans that address each client’s individual needs.
Sarah graduated from University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Studies, with minors in Communications Studies and Business Administration, Cum Laude with Departmental Honors. She attended Willamette University College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude and with a Business and Law Certificate.
While in law school, she was actively involved in both moot court and student body government, even serving as interim president of the Jewish Law Society. She won the First Year Appellate Completion during her first year of law school, and won both the American Association for Justice Trial Competition and Spaulding Trial Competition in her final year. She also represented Willamette at regional trial competitions two years in a row, and was acknowledged for her contributions with the Best Trialist Award in 2018. While earning her degree at Willamette University, Sarah was inducted as a National Member of The Order of the Barristers for excellence and high honor in the art of courtroom advocacy. Sarah currently serves as the New Lawyer Liaison to the Marion County Bar Association.
Sarah resides in Salem. When she not lounging with her dog, Scuttlebutt, she is hosting friends and family at her house. Sarah would like it to be known that she is unofficially Salem’s Funniest Comedian.
